Carixa Implementation Process

Pre-Onboarding (60 Days Prior) - Clean Slate:

Our experts clean and reconcile aged claims, deductions, and delinquencies, ensuring accurate and streamlined A/R date for the onboarding process.

Phase 1 (Days 1-30) - Foundation & Setup:

Kickoff Meeting: Welcome, introductions, establish key contracts, project plan review. Account Configuration: Tailor Carixa to your data, customers, and workflows. Data Migration: Securely transfer existing A/R date (if applicable). Basic Training: Key users trained on core Carixa features and navigation.

Phase 2 (Days 31-60) - Integration & Testing:

System Integration: Connect Carixa with your accounting or ERP systems. Testing and Refinement: Pilot program, real-world scenarios, identity adjustments. Advanced Training: In-depth training on modules, reporting, and custom features. Go-Live Planning: Finalize launch date, communicate with broader team.

Phase 3 (Days 61-90) - Go Live & Support:

Go-Live Support: On-site or remote assistance during rollout. User Adoption: Encourage platform use, address questions, gather feedback. Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics, identify early successes.
